Enjoy panoramic views of the sparkling gulf water and sugar white sand from your private balcony. Royal Palms in Gulf Shores is a prime location on scenic East Beach and only about 1 mile from the center of town. Condo size is 1BR/2BA and approx. 676 SqFt. Free WiFi!

The master bedroom includes a recently replaced Sealy Black Opal King mattress!

44th Anniversary Trip

Royal Palms is our favorite place to stay on our annual anniversary trip…rooms are always pretty, view is perfect and we love being next to the state park beach area!

Great beach and great location

Really enjoyed the distance from the condo to the beach. The crowd of the beach was also low, definitely 10/10. The beach service provided was spectacular. Could not have loved them more. The room was not as clean as I would have liked. I mentioned some issues to the rental company but there were more than initially addressed, and once checked in, it’s understandably out of their hands. I feel like it looks clean but wasn’t and maybe that’s enough for others. The rental company is communicative and they fixed an internet service issue relatively quickly but the cleaning service needs to do a better job: floors, tables, coffee pot, stove eyes, and bathrooms need to be throughly cleaned between each guest. Patio furniture could be updated as well as the main door knob and locking system. Some rugs would also help improve the feel of the space. The condo is in a fantastic location.

Great place

Overall really good! There were a few items: 1) curtain needed in master. The lights are really bright on the building and shine through the window. 2.) toilets both ran. Had to jiggle them to get them to shut off 3.) shower in master. Faucet is weird trying to turn off and on. 4.) no ladder on the bunk. Makes trying to climb into the top bunk almost impossible for younger kids. Had to put them on the couch. 5.) Food left over in the freezer from the previous guest. All minor issues. Easy fixes. Overall it was really good. The decor was nice. View was good. Wasn’t even bad being on the 13th floor.

View was great, everything else mediocre at best.

We are not picky and stay in 2-3 rental homes per year. We arrived to shower that had not been cleaned, with a live cockroach in it. Master toilet was broken. No extra blankets for sofa bed. Dishwasher didn’t clean dishes and had horrible smell. Washer and dryer make loud squeaking noise whenever used. The overall initial appearance was fine. We checked in on Sunday. I called immediately once I found the bug and broken toilet. I also sent an email with a picture of the roach. Called me back mid morning the next day- with little to no concern. Sent building manager out to fix the toilet. We went with other families staying in the same building. Their condos were much much nicer and well maintained. Best part about it was the view!! Nice to have an indoor pool with the unpredictable weather. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Had a great time in Gulf Shores, but wouldn’t stay in this specific condo or with this rental company again.

Condo was very nice! Awesome view!! We like to sleep with the fan on but the one in the master kept clicking, so we bought a standup fan. We left it so, hopefully it's there for future vacationers!!

We absolutely love Royal Palms. This is our go to place to stay. This condo was absolutely perfect. Very clean! Comfortable bed with extra sheets. Kitchen had all appliances we could have needed. Balcony was furnished and very nice. We will definitely come back to this unit every year.

Family Getaway

My husband and I took our 4 boys. We come every year but this was our first time with just us as a family. We thought the condo was perfect for our family! Location was close to our favorite restaurants and great shopping! We had a great time.

Cute condo

The indoor pool, being on the beach and being next to the state park was fantastic. Curtains in bedroom would be nice, the outdoor hall lighting came through the blinds and illuminated the room. Perfect size for our family of 3, 4 would be just as comfortable.
