NEWLY UPDATED FLOORING, DECOR, BATHROOMS & MORE! Stay only steps from amazing white sandy beaches, see beautiful sunsets, and enjoy poolside amenities on your getaway vacation. Soak up the sun at the beach or relax at one of the 6 heated pools/spas (1 Indoor pool/spa). Go Parasailing, golf at the renowned Kiva Dunes Golf Club, right beside our resort, see historical Ft. Morgan, enjoy amusement parks, bumper cars and mini golf in nearby Gulf Shores.

No smoking or pets allowed per resort.

Our 2 Bedroom condo includes 2 Queen beds, and one pull-out sofa bed to sleep up to 6 people comfortably. All linens and towels are provided, as well as laundry facilities on-site. We provide all the kitchen essentials, including a stew pot, and plastic ware if you would like to have a beach picnic.

We provide 4 beach chairs and 6 beach towels, or you can rent chairs and umbrellas right on the beach (May-Oct). Also, included in your stay is a Brita Water Pitcher, ice trays and bucket.

Charging stations for all of your devices in each bedroom and the living room. Free Hi-Speed Internet and Cable TV provided in your stay. And, if you’re in the mood for some family fun or “unplugging”, we have some checkers, tic-tac-toe and playing cards.

Amazing on-site amenities and Sassy Bass Bar & Grill. 6 heated pools (1 indoor) and hot tubs.
Tennis, Pickleball, Basketball, Indoor gym, Sauna, BBQ and picnic areas, and so much more!

Guests who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If guests cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%. Otherwise, guests won't get a refund.

HOUSE RULES Treat our home as well as you would treat your home. No smoking inside or outside of the condo. No smoking on the patio. No pets allowed.

Great property - we had the best time and this place became our home away from home! Great for kids and close to the pools! super family friendly. We had the best time and can’t wait to book for next summer!!

Everything was okay

Overall the property was okay for a short weekend trip . Hot water didn't work well also had some issues with the toilets not flushing well. The condo is a little far out it takes you a 20 minutes drive to get to a restaurant
