Fort Morgan is well known for its peaceful, laid-back atmosphere where vacationers can explore nature at the Bon Secour National Wildlife Sanctuary or the historic Civil War-era Fort Morgan.



    This second-floor condo is nestled next to the Bon Secour National Refuge on a white-sand beach that has the perfect mix of full amenities while not being overcrowded. Want to hit the links? Bring your clubs because we are also steps from the award-winning Kiva Dunes golf course. If golf isn't your thing, the tennis courts and pools are right outside the door!



    When you visit, you can welcome each day on the balcony listening to the waves crash against the shoreline. After a day of accessing the many amenities of the property, you can cook your catch of the day in our well-equipped kitchen while watching the sun set over the Gulf of Mexico before settling in for a movie or a game night with friends and family. The condo could use some tlc. The comforter on the king bed was too small. The bathrooms need to be recaulked, and shower floor cleaned around the inside edges. There were several broken things like a lamp shade and wall decor. And it smelled extremely musty! Mold maybe?The grounds have gone downhill as well since we stayed there 2 years ago. Pickleball court was in terrible shape and one of the pools was shut down.
