Thank you for visiting our Island Royale 504 condo in beautiful Gulf Shores. This unit is located on the 5th floor and features beautiful décor and furnishings. We live in Gulf Shores and take pride in caring for our units to ensure our guests have a great experience. We inspect our units frequently and enjoy adding the little touches that make the condo warm and inviting. We also own and offer units 503, 603 and 801. An oversized beach front private balcony with a panoramic view of emerald green water and white sandy beaches can be accessed from both the living room and master bedroom. You are just steps away from white sandy beaches and warm gulf waters. The Gulf Front balcony is large and includes a table seating for four and two lounge chairs. You can watch the sunrise over the gulf waters while you enjoy your morning coffee, watch the dolphins and enjoy glorious sunsets at the end of the day with a spectacular view.

The living room is equipped with a queen-size sleeper sofa, recliner and chair. The sleeper sofa has a memory foam mattress making it much more comfortable than the old traditional and uncomfortable spring sofa mattresses that most come with. The living room is also equipped with a large flat screen smart TV, coffee table, two end tables and lamps.

The Kitchen includes granite countertops and all appliances - side-by-side refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, garbage disposal, electric range and microwave. The kitchen is stocked with the essentials you need from pots and pans, dishes, glasses, silverware, blender, crockpot, ect. There is a large pantry and lots of cabinets. The laundry room includes full-size washer and dryer plus an ironing board and iron.

The master bedroom includes a king-size bed, large dresser, two night stands with lamps, flat screen smart TV and private full size bathroom. The sliding glass door opens to the balcony and also features black out drapes.

The guest bedroom includes a king-size bed, dresser, night stand and a flat screen smart tv and access to the guest bathroom.

Island Royale offers a heated inside/outside pool, two hot tubs, kiddie pool with mushroom fountain, sauna, steam room, and exercise room overlooking the beach. There are grilling stations located on the east end of the building.

We also provide maintenance 24/7 during your stay ensuring that anything that should occur during your stay will be promptly taken care of.

Please note Island Royale is a smoke free building. No smoking on balconies or the common areas. This includes cigarettes, e-cigarettes, pipes, cigars, etc. Smoking is permitted at the designated smoking area located near the BBQ grills on the east side of the building.
