### The Space The bright and airy living room, with its comfortable sofa and extra chairs, is the perfect place to unwind. Enjoy a movie night on the large smart TV, with complimentary Wi-Fi service throughout the home. The fully furnished kitchen is ready for all your vacation meals, featuring a large island bar and a dining table with room for everyone. A convenient pantry provides ample storage for your groceries. This home's split floor plan is perfect for multiple families, offering privacy and comfort for everyone. - 4 spacious bedrooms - 4 full bathrooms.  A dedicated laundry room includes a full-size washer and dryer, plus an iron and ironing board for your convenience. 



### Outdoor Living: Step out onto the large back deck to soak in the beautiful bay view—it's the perfect spot for watching stunning sunsets! Downstairs, you'll find a covered dining and seating area, perfect for enjoying a meal cooked on the BBQ grill. After a day at the beach, rinse off the sand in the large enclosed outdoor shower. We've also stocked an extra storage closet with games and sand toys. Your furry friends will love the side yard, with plenty of space to run and play.

A short five-minute walk brings you to the public beach access. Best of all, Fort Morgan Beach is dog-friendly, so your four-legged family members can join in on the fun!

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Lock the doors
Empty all trash cans, place trash in garbage cans outside, and place cans at edge of road. Trash is collected on Mon and Wed.
Put all dishes away from where you got them. Empty water from coffee maker.
Arrange indoor/outdoor furniture to how it was during arrival. Clean up after your pets including potty areas and hair. Have a safe trip home!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Only dogs are allowed. Please make sure to clean up after your pet by picking up after they potty. Please do not allow dogs that shed on the sofa.
