This beachfront duplex with brand new decking and pool deck has a recently updated living area with 55" Smart TV and blue ray player. You can also stream movies and shows through your Netflix, Hulu or Amazon account. This unit has Directv and WIFI.
The fully equipped kitchen has a Keurig coffeemaker and a drip coffeemaker. Screened porch and deck downstairs and deck upstairs off the Master bedroom. The Master bedroom has a 50" TV and a King size bed..
You will have access to the community pool and fishing pier on the bay.
Cross the road to the Fort Morgan Marina, where you can charter a fishing boat for your family or have dinner on the deck at Tacky Jacks while you watch the sunset.

Excellent family vacation spot

The direct access to the beach, quiet cul-de-sac location and layout of the home was ideal for our family vacation! Olivia at Fort Morgan Property Management was great to work with! We look forward to staying here again in the future.

Fun at the beach

Great location right on the beach. We enjoyed the covered and screened in patio especially on rainy days.

Property was older but nice. Location shared deck with other units. The remote controls for the TV in LR were non-functional. This was even after we added batteries. The upstairs master bath has a very deep garden tub with shower that might be difficult for older people. The location is good if you want a more private beach experience. In walking distance to undeveloped Bon Secour National Wildlife area.

Beach house with plenty of room

Plenty of room, plenty of parking, nice layout , on the beach, clean. We had a great time.
