"Purtroppo ho fatto una brutta esperienza. Nel prenotare mi è stato richiesto dal Vs. sito il pagamento anticipato di quanto previsto. Ho provveduto a tale pagamento e stampato la ricevuta. Al mio arrivo il proprietario ha detto che non ne sapeva nulla e non aveva ricevuto nessuna somma. Per ridsolvere il problema ci abbiamo impiegato 1 ora e poichè non sapevo dove andare sono stato costretto a pagare il supplemento di pulizia € 50,00 che non era segnalato da nessuna parte. "the resort has great potential, very well maintained facilities and 2 large pools, that even when the hotel is full it does not feel overcrowded. The resort is very large and it is a pity that it has only one entrance, in order to visit the area next to the train station one has to walk around the whole perimeter, which takes 20min, if a secondary entrance is available it would take only 5 min. Access to beach and sunbed is also a plus (sunbeds are free of charge except the first row). The child...

"Sono deluso solo della qualità dei pasti. Incolore, insapore e senza il mordente tipico del piatto calabrese. Per non parlare del supplento di 7€ a pasto per celiaci. Mia moglie ha dovuto pagare di piu per avere meno scelta. Tutto questo è stato solo parzialmente controbilanciato dalla gentilezza e dalla disponibilità del personale, del maitre Giovanni, in particolare."
