Its a cute little place, however I might have missed it in the property info in the booking process, but this is actually a duplex. We did end up having neighbors the second night we were there but all in all, its a nice place for a couple nights stay.

Do not book!

Based on the property listing we were super excited for our stay, the pictures and description looked like this was a super cute location, but looks can be deceiving! As we pulled into the neighborhood we were immediately uncomfortable, the area is not well kept and most of the homes in the area are not kept up and look run down, obviously we were not in a family friendly neighborhood. When we pulled up we were very surprised to learn that the home is a duplex and not a single family home, again making us very uncomfortable as we are not from the area and know nothing about the people on the other side of the wall. When we walked in we were immediately met with the smell of urine which we hoped would subside after we got the ac running, but it lasted the entire stay. The ac also does not work. At one point it was as hot as 78 degrees in the home with the ac set on 69. I had to go as far as setting the ac at 60 degrees to get it to cool off but unfortunately it never got below 70 degrees in the house. When we arrived we also noticed that the house was very dirty, you couldn’t take your shoes off without your feet being covered in dirt. The shower was filthy, there was dust everywhere, grass on the “clean sheets,” and the towels that were set out on the beds for us at arrival were also soaking wet, and all of the towels and linens had a strong, musty, mildew type odor. No cleaning supplies and the back door bolt doesn’t lock.
