On a plot of 850 m², the rental has a private, enclosed plot, and for the sole use of the tenant, of 450 m². A garage is attached to the house (but not communicating), it is kept for the use of the owner.
A private passage along the rental, (enclosed, fitted with a view screen / cloisters) is kept for the use of the owner.
