"The stay was really good. I was born in Guimarães so i know the area. The location was really good, right in the heart of the city. The apartment was really nice, with everything you need to jave a good thime and the AC was a must. "My group enjoyed staying at Alprendre for its size, facilities, and the attentiveness of the owner/manager. This property was outside of the Guimãraes town center. For us it was perfect, because we came the weekend of the Medieval Fair and it allowed us to be away from the crowds. The weekend was a hot one as well. The air conditioning and the pool were a great comfort, The ac is not central, each room has its own unit which was great for us since we all like different levels of cool. The...

Hotel Jaguar Oporto – is Near the Metro, has Free Parking and a Free Shuttle Service between the Airport and the Hotel from 7AM to 8PM

10/10 Excellent

"This is a wonderful hotel. The staff couldn't be nicer, the place is clean, the beds are comfy, the water pressure & shower are great. There's a mini fridge in the room, a kettle, mugs and real classes - no plastic. And they give you all these nice little extras - fruit and cookies when you arrive, a welcome drink, and free tea and coffee in your room. The free shuttle to the airport is an added plus."

Cenica Porto Hotel, Curio Collection by Hilton

10/10 Excellent

"We had a great stay at Cenica the Curio Collection in Porto! The staff were super friendly and helpful and the location was great; walkable to the historic district and some great restaurants literally across the street. The last morning we had the breakfast buffet at the hotel and it was LOVELY! So many great options, wonderful staff who make great cappuccinos, and delicious food. One odd thing was that you are unable to control the thermostat in the room. So if you like to sleep with a very cold room, you have to call down to the front desk and they adjust the temperature of the room for you. We had never encountered that before. But when asked, they did do it and the temperature was fine for sleeping! The bed was comfortable, the gym is a bit small for a mainstream hotel, but the equipment was good. All in all, we had a wonderful stay!"

Eurostars Aliados

10/10 Excellent

"Central location - within 10-15 mins you are by the river, and just a few minutes away from the famed Lello library and Sao Bento station . It is steps away from the Aliados metro - which is great if you are taking transit to/from the airport. The room was clean and quiet which I appreciate. I like that it is located away from the hustle and bustle of the main tourist area. Would happily stay here again."
