This spacious, comfortable and very well-equipped 110 m² house sleeps six comfortably. It has oil-fired central heating. All the rooms have oak parquet flooring. The living room is furnished with a comfortable leather seating area in front of the fireplace and a fully equipped fitted kitchen with dining area. The ground floor also has a bathroom with shower, washing machine, tumble dryer and separate WC. The house has four bedrooms. The ground-floor bedroom has a double bed (160 cm). The other three bedrooms are upstairs. The first has a 160 cm-wide double bed, while the second has a 90 cm-wide single bed. The third bedroom has two 90cm-wide single beds. There is also a second bathroom with bath on this floor. The living room and three of the bedrooms have sea views, with the Eckmühl lighthouse in the background.
The 25 m² private terrace adjoins the living room and faces the sea. It is furnished with garden furniture and a barbecue. Relax and soak up the sun on the sun loungers provided in the garden. The outdoor shower is handy for taking a shower after a day at the beach. You can park the car in the garden or in the street in front of the house.
