Located on the seafront, this charming Breton-style residence invites you to stay in its bright and airy accommodations.
It comprises houses and apartments with tasteful décor. You are free to choose from houses and apartments with sea views, garden views, or pool views.
From April to September, you can swim in the outdoor pool, heated from June onwards to between 20°C and 24°C, or splash around in the paddling pool with your little ones. Those who enjoy sports can take advantage of the opportunities for water sports on the beach, which is just steps from the residence, or at the water sports center, located 1 km away.
Also at your disposal are two ping-pong tables and a large garden with a grassy area for playing ball or sunbathing.
The first beach is 50m away, the second beach is 250m away, and the center of Guilvinec is a 7-minute walk from the residence. There you will find everything you need for shopping, as well as restaurants.

Every weekday, you can watch the boats return at 4:30 pm, laden with langoustines, the famous "ladies of Le Guilvinec."
A playground located 250m away, opposite the Grève Blanche beach, will delight your children.
And you can discover the richness of Breton culture: music and dance in the heart of summer.

Remarques : Porte d’entrée qui bloque, seuil cassé et rouillé ! Ampoule de l’entrée grillée ! Je doute qu’il y ait eu un précédent état des lieux ! Idem pour la lampe donnant sur la terrasse ! Pas de parasol !! En fait c’est le locataire voisin de gauche qui se l’était octroyé ! Vu la trace du pied sur l’herbe, cela doit faire un moment !!!! État des lieux ????? C’est moi qui ai du faire la démarche pour le récupérer ! Totalement inadmissible ! Interrupteur lampe canapé lit de gauche vers fenêtre disfonctionne ! Pb d’interrupteur à priori ! Ustensiles de cuisine pitoyables ! Poêle moyenne gondolée inutilisable correctement ! Fouet en plastique qui est incapable de touiller un produit à part de l’eau !! Couteaux qui ne coupent pas ! Aspirateur de table : une antiquité incapable d’aspirer la moindre miette et chargeur cassé ! Table de cuisson (qui bloque régulièrement, obligé de tomber le disjoncteur divisionnaire) bas de gamme ! Protection bois contre dossiers de chaises de table dévissée ! Depuis longtemps à mon avis ! Aspirateur traîneau peu efficace ! Sans doute filtres bouchés ! Literie ok - serviettes ok - situation parfaite entre piscine et océan - terrasse et salon ok ! La baignoire de la salle de bain date un peu ! Il serait bon et facile de la remplacer par une douche à l’italienne moins consommatrice d’eau et plus pratique !
