Bungalow with large garden in the city center
Architect house (110 m²) contemporary on one level, recent and very bright with large windows, ideally located in the city center, near the port (250 m) and a large white sand beach (600m ).
The house consists of a large living room bathed in light (50 m²) with kitchen and central island with Bar (induction hob, multi-function oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, flat screen TV)
3 bedrooms: 1 master bedroom with Italian shower, double sinks and wc (160/200 bed) with terrace access and 2 spacious bedrooms, one with terrace access (1 bed 160/200 - 1 bed 140/190) , 1 shower room, 1 toilet, 1 laundry with washing machine & dryer, vacuum cleaner and necessary cleaning.
New bedding with mattress and pillow protections, duvets. Baby bath and cot with complementary mattress (new).
Neat decoration.
Large garden with trees and flowers, closed and without vis-à-vis, large terrace with integrated lighting, southern exposure with garden furniture, deckchairs and hammock, barbecue. Ping-pong table, car-park.
Bed linen on request.
Load included (water-electricity).
