"We arrived late, and Dan turned on the lights and left the front door open for us. Then on our last evening there began a decadal snowfall; we called Dan and said we had to leave by 7 a.m. and could he please have the very long and uphill driveway plowed before then? Sure enough, he arrived with a crew at 6:30 and we left on time. Because the house was in perfect order, we had no need to contact him during our stay."

"We had a great stay visiting family for an early Christmas get together. This home is well appointed, comfy and cozy, has a great open floor plan and is beautifully decorated. It is located in a lovely quintessential New England town and is walkable to the town green that is surrounded by coffee shops, restaurants and fun little stores. The town beach and marina are also a walk away. We will certainly be back to enjoy this clean, wonderfully updated and comfortable home!"

"We rented this house because we wanted a place to get our family all together and it turned out to be the perfect spot. We made so many happy memories and had so much fun eating meals around the large table, playing games in the family room at night, relaxing on the beautiful deck, taking walks in the quiet, picturesque neighborhood, sleeping peacefully to the amazing sound of the waves outside our window. The open layout of the downstairs couldn't be better, and the view is breathtaking--the water is steps away. My husband and I got the primary bedroom cuz we paid, lol, and especially loved the view and en suite bathroom. The house was very clean and well stocked with supplies, and Joe was fantastic and responsive to all our questions and needs. Our grown kids loved the house and want to go back. We highly recommend it... thanks Joe!"

"This Guildford home is set in the woods with spectacular views from all the large windows in every room. The hosts met us on arrival to explain various things and answer our questions. It was clean throughout and the beds were very comfortable. Guildford is an historic New England town with many nearby attractions including beaches. We enjoyed our stay. "
