"The tiny house is beautifully appointed and perfectly located walking distance to Guildford shops restaurants etc. My daughter and I travelled from Canada for a family wedding. The accommodations were perfect for us. Stacey the host was super friendly, welcoming and a wealth of information about the area. We would definitely return!"

"This house was an interesting place to stay and very convenient for our visit to Guilford and Madison. The first floor had a lot of space to share food in the kitchen, and to relax in the living room. Kitchen was well stocked with things to use for the basics. It's a little odd that there isn't a table under the low lamp in the dining area. Two nice bedrooms upstairs, but people should realize that in one bedroom there is a low platform bed, not a regular bed. It may not work for everyone to be...

"The rental property is very well-located close to the Guilford Green and the town marina and beach. The house actually has two rental units, which we did not know about. Since it’s an old house, sound traveled quite easily through the walls and floor and we were able to hear the other renters. Aside from this, the unit was well-appointed, there was plenty of parking and the beds were comfy."
