Bon rapport qualité prix. Le logement est bien, fonctionnel et bien situé, à quelques mètres de la plage. Juste un petit bémol sur le ménage : en regardant globalement ça allait mais pas mal de poussière, traces de gras et autre en regardant de plus près.

Escapade en Bretagne

Super endroit face à la mer. Calme , les petits jardins sont un plus. Accueil au top, très à l écoute et de bons conseils. Super couple aux petits soins. Multitudes balades sur le gr34. Je recommande fortement.

In die Jahre gekommmen

Wir haben 2 Wochen in Guidel verbracht. Die Wohnung liegt dicht am Strand. Die Lage ist also sehr gut und trotzdem ruhig. Leider sieht man der Anlage an, dass sie schon älter ist. Die Unterkunft wurde renoviert, leider aber nicht sehr professionell. In der Dusche stellten wir Schimmel fest. Es reicht eben nicht aus, Fliesen zu überstreichen. Wir haben das sofort nach Einzug gemeldet. Die einzige Reaktion bestand darin, dass uns Reinigungsmittel angeboten wurden. 3 Tage hatten wir kein Internet.

Schöner Urlaub

Empfang super nett, Gegend ist sehr schön. Pool ist beheizt und groß mit Aussicht auf das Meer. Hundebesitzer sollten daran denken, dass Hunde am Strand im Juli und August nicht erlaubt sind ( in der Ferienunterkunft aber willkommen) Der nächste Hundestrand ist mit dem Auto ca. 20 min entfernt. Häuschen mit allem ausgestattet ( keine deutschen TV-Sender)

We hebben genoten van de mooie omgeving, prachtige zee en perfecte ligging. Prima accomodatie, alle basis benodigdheden aanwezig, zeker qua prijs. Dank voor de gastvrijheid!

Schöne Anlage

Wir hatten die 31 qm Wohnung , für 2 Personen ausreichend, wenn man keine hohen Ansprüche stellt, Dusche war OK, nur der Waschbeckenbereich war mir ein bisschen zu eng, bin 193 cm, WC seperat die Matratzen waren gut, nicht durchgelegen. Ein neuer Pool 28° und 2 Kinderspielplätze waren vorhanden Zum Superstrand 300 m , Bäcker ca.1,5 km, Supermarkt und Lidl ca. 5-6 km . Geschäfte für allerlei Sportarten, Kleidung und Bars, Restaurants gab es in Guidel Plage genug. Es ist für jeden was dabei.

Sehr schöner sauberer Pool

Wir sind früher abgereist, weil direkt vor unserer Terrasse ein grosser Kran aufgestellt wurde um am Nachbarbungalow Dacharbeiten am offenen Dach auszuführen. Das Dach war während des gesamten Urlaubs offen und die Glasfaserwolle als Dämmung war schimmelig und sichtbar. Es war ein schon länger bestehender Sturmschaden. Diese Reste flogen dann bei der Reparatur herum. Glaswolle ist ungesund und im Urlaub braucht man das wirklich nicht! Das Personal war sehr freundlich, aber überfordert.

Séjour Guidel

Excellent séjour, soleil au rdv, plage à pied ainsi que sentier de randonnée. Pas besoin d’utiliser la voiture les commerces sont à proximité. Excellent accueil. Une nouveauté : la piscine . Logement propre et face à la mer . Que dire de plus, rien, tout était parfait. Merci. Je reviendrai une 3 éme fois.

Très bien situé

Quel plaisir de se lever, vue sur la mer, à 2 pas de la plage! Logement simple mais très pratique et bien équipé. J'étais seule avec mon fils de 10 ans et rien ne nous a manqué. Accueil très sympathique.

Peut mieux faire !

La photo du site n'est pas compatible avec le logement proposé . En reprenant les infos , il faut aller assez loin dans le descriptif pour apprendre que la photo n'est pas contractuelle . Dans le logement , l'aspirateur n'était pas nettoyé ( vidé mais pas de nettoyage des filtres effectué) . Quelques petits détails à changer sinon l'endroit plutôt agréable .

Les 2lits de 80 ne peuvent pas être regroupés en 1 lit de 160 à cause d'un 1/2 mur de séparation. Donc obligé de dormir dans clic-clac du RDC. Problème antenne TV, peu de chaînes TV disponibles. Mer à 150 m à pied et piscine chauffée disponible. Résidence calme.

Wer glück hat ,sucht und findet

Die Angabe zum Ort der Ferienwohnung ist nicht korrekt! Das hat uns viel Zeit(nach so langer Anfahrt) und Nerven gekostet. Damit den nächsten Gästen das erspart bleibt, hier die Korrekte Adresse: Guidel - Plage !!! Ferienwohnung Residenz Sud OzeanDas Foto entspricht nicht den Unterkünften.Das Ferienhaus ist nur 2 erwachsene maximal mit kleinem kind zu bewohnen. steile wendeltreppe,deshalb nur für Personen die gut gehen können. wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub.
