In Guidel-Plages (300m from the marina, beaches, restaurants, playground and cycle paths and surf spots). Recent house for rent in a very quiet and residential area in a dead end.
The house can accommodate up to 6 people.
Enclosed garden with gate, barbecue, jacuzzi for 3 people on veranda.
WEEKLY RATE INCLUDING TAX ONLY FROM SATURDAY TO SATURDAY:
June = 400th / week including tax
July 1st June to July 15th = 800th / week including tax
July 15 to August 19 = 850th / week including tax
August 19 to September 2 = 800th / week including tax
At the ground floor :
- Open kitchen with induction hob, dishwasher.
- Living room with pellet stove
- Bedroom with new bedding (160x190cm)
- Bathroom (Shower + WC)
- Flat screen. Wireless. Washer & dryer
On the 1st floor:
- Bedroom with bed (160x190cm) with wardrobe
- Bedroom with bed (140x190cm) with wardrobe
- 1 bathroom (Bath + WC)
