"Manager left us waiting until 2am without a room as our. booking reference didn't work at the self check in terminal. We tried to call multiple times during the day to let them know that we will be checking in after 10pm, no response, same for multiple emails and messages via hotels.com. The emergency number at the reception was a waste of time, for 3 hours I was told they were trying to contact the hotel manager but they were unavailable. "

"The most beautiful location, the building and the welcome was perfect. My kids and dog loved being in the freedom of the countryside. We didn’t have to travel too far for an evening meal. The chateau has such wonderful charm and was clean and extremely comfortable. I had such a good night sleep. My kids slept really well too. The breakfast in the morning was absolutely exceptional! Thank you so much, we have recommended here to lots of people already ☺️"

"I always come back because I know what I’m getting. it is a quiet location and a quiet hotel. However, I always prefer being away from elevators, and this time I was right opposite. Let means that there’s traffic and that people tend to sometimes forget that they can be overheard later at night. But otherwise, a good stay as usual. "
