"It’s a remodeled motel that meets most of the marks. The room was quite nice and it was fairly quiet once it got dark outside. The pool was large with a bar. The outdoor fireplaces did not work but otherwise everything was fine. "

"I have been visiting the Guerneville area since I was a toddler and was so excited to stumble across Highland Resorts. It offered the same nostalgic feeling but paired with an elevated experience in the “tents”. I can’t wait to go back again! Cathy and team you are wonderful!"

"Tucked just off the main street of Guerneville, California, this quiet collection of comfortable spaces provided the get away I needed. My four legged, furry friend and I enjoyed a newly remodeled king bed suite. It was the size of a studio apartment! Although the bed was too high for my short legs, it was luxurious. My two complaints are more inconveniences than complaints: the WiFi and cell service was so bad that I found myself cut off from the Internet. That’s not really a bad thing. The pool was not heated, so swimming on the last day of summer didn’t happen. If I find myself needing to get away from the stress of everyday life, I will absolutely return to West Sonoma Inn and Spa."
