Free, secure parking spot; 10-minute walk to Le Pouliguen; 8-minute walk to the beautiful Benoît Beach; 15-minute walk from Avenue de Gaulle, 5 minutes from the convenience store, 5 minutes from the mini-golf course, close to all amenities. The house is fully equipped for 4 people, with a washing machine, oven, coffee maker, microwave, and large refrigerator. On the ground floor: living area with kitchen and flat-screen TV; 1 shower room with toilet, a sofa bed; upstairs, a sleeping area with bunk beds and a master bedroom; house fully furnished and tastefully decorated; 100 m² garden with a barbecue; 30 m² terrace with an awning and comfortable patio furniture

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans cette petite maison charmante et très pratique. Dans une résidence calme, la piscine commune a fait le bonheur de ma fille et l'emplacement de la résidence est pratique. Propre, simple et pratique si je devais résumer en 3 mots. Une mention spéciale à notre bailleur qui était toujours disponible et attention. Bref, un séjour 5 étoiles!Une petite terrasse très agréable.Yann

Super séjour !

Le logement est très bien situé, fonctionnel, décoré avec goût et le jardin avec barbecue est un vrai plus ! La résidence sécurisée et calme dispose d'une piscine que les enfants ont été ravis d'utiliser tous les jours meme par temps couvert car elle est chauffée. Les propriétaires sont à l'écoute et très réactifs. Je conseille ce logement !

Très satisfaits

Maison de vacances tout à fait conforme à l'annonce. Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour. Maison agréable, propre, aménagée avec soin, et bien équipée. Jardin très agréable également et résidence calme. Échanges très bien passés avec le propriétaire également.

La propriété est calme et très agréable dans un lotissement fermé et sécurisé. la piscine fait partie du complexe et la mer est à 5 minutes à pied. Très bon séjour, je vous le recommande Cédric
