The nearby forest area of Rø offers you fantastic opportunities to discover the wonderful nature of Bornholm on a variety of walking trails. Just a few kilometres from Rø is one of the island's most popular excursion destinations, Helligdomsklipperne, a special natural beauty.



You can also take a trip to the beautiful village of Gudhjem. Get a delicious lunch at the smokehouse, visit the traditional glass workshop or enjoy a large waffle ice cream at the harbour. You can also walk up the old alleyways and look at beautiful old houses. You are not far from Allinge, Svaneke or Hammershus, and an exciting boat trip to the small island of Christiansø is also recommended.
