"Overall excellent. Expensive restaurants with small portions, it is worth to consider driving 15-30 minutes down the road for a lunch. Some furniture and property require renovation. Personnel are brilliant. Gym is ok Outside warm pool is perfect. "

"Couple points to make staying even better: - ants in the house (n25), probably to clean up them a bit - second floor is seems to be useless, would be better to put 2 usual beds there for family staying, it was stated that 5 sleeping places but there were only 4, we had to order another bed. Which is fine but all the beds were uncovered, it took time etc. ordinary beds with cover resolve such a problem - no plates in the kitchen - wardrobe in the sleeping room is almost broken - it’s unstable - in SPA, near the swimming pool the shower with faucet are broken. All in all we had a wonderful staying but it would be great if you fix such an issues"

"Lovely room overlooking the mountains. Very quiet. The air is so dry in the rooms that it wasn't very comfortable for sleeping in. They have a bar on the top floor, when we arrived we decided to go for a drink, it was empty apart and the music was so loud that we didn't bother staying. Thankfully there are better places around the complex. Nice pool area, but unclean. Great breakfast. "

"Awful experience! Booked a room and tried to cancel, but the hotel's complete silence has been appalling. Over a week and multiple messages sent with ZERO response - no apology, no explanation, nothing. Not about the money, but where's the respect? I am sorry Not recommended. This Hotel the most terrible customer service Hotel I have seen in my entire life."

"Reception - guest management needs to be improved, only one person at the reception and several people in the line, had to wait almost an hour because of complex requirements (too conservative for 3-star hotel). Miscommunication over the phone on spa access, the reality was different, but quickly solved."
