"The communication with the host was extremely difficult throughout our stay. It was also very hard to locate the property, and the instructions provided were not clear enough to find the place easily. Another major issue was the language barrier. The host did not speak Spanish or English, which made communication especially challenging in a country where Spanish is the dominant language and English is more commonly spoken than the language the host used. This made it difficult to ask for...

"Clean room. Friendly staffs. Pools were clean. Plenty of activities for adults and kids. Food was delicious. Bars open 24/7. I enjoyed my stay here. Definitely will be back."

"I love this place, due to proximity to key places such as grocery store and the beach. The area is pretty secure and is very close to the main highway and 7 minutes away from the Airport (Aeropuerto Las Americas-AILA). The ocean view that my room had was breathtaking and the staff was well trained and very curteous! I will 100 % stay here again and will recommend it to anyone who wants to visit the DR."
