The property is Nice and clean, staff is helpful and kind, the rooms are clean. I would definitely come back. The only thing I didn’t like is that it didn’t have air conditioning in the room or at least a fan, cause I got hot at night and that that I left the windows opened.

Kudos! To Carlos was really helpful and really kind and friendly. The hotel was exactly what we need it for a nigh, the breakfast was good and the rest of the staff.

El ruido fue demasiado durante la noche, a las 2am sonaba un taladro, gente haciendo check-in, todos hablando súper duro a esas horas incluido el staff, fue un escándalo toda la noche! El staff no es muy amable y el desayuno nos lo dieron incompleto pero no dijimos nada porque ya habían durado un montón preparándolo. Terrible.

This is a very friendly simple clean small hotel within minutes of the airport. The staff is very helpful.the included breakfast was also appreciated.

We arrived to GC late and didn’t feel comfortable travelling all the way to Antigua in the dark. We chose this hotel because of its excellent location. The hotel provided a transfer service from the airport to the hotel for $15 USD. A man had our name on a piece of paper and we quickly were escorted to the vehicle. It was maybe a 3 minute drive and we arrived at the hotel. As two young female travellers we were a bit nervous but we had no reason to be as all the hotel staff were incredibly kind and helpful. As a VIP member we were offered a cold drink upon arrival. Our room was clean and bright and just what we needed after a long day of travel from Canada. The next morning we enjoyed our included breakfast in a bright and colourful dining room. Although the kitchen staff didn’t speak English we were able to get by on our limited Spanish. The breakfast menu had a small but excellent selection to choose from. There were extras that you could purchase as well. The front desk staff allowed us to stay in the garden area after checkout while we waited for our shuttle to Antigua. Unfortunately our shuttle was 40 minutes late, however the staff were incredibly helpful and contacted the company for us to find out more information. Thank you so much William!!!! Gracias!!! As well, an excellent price point for us and value for money. Would definitely stay again. Ps I do believe you can walk or uber to the hotel from the airport.

I would go back!
This hotel is small. The hotel is clean. It has hot water . The breakfast is very good. The price is great. The only downside I seen is that there is no air conditioner. Although, the fans we were given were more than enough

Room 205 has a water pump turning on and off every 7 sec or so all night. It made for a choppy night of sleep. I have stayed here several times a year since 2018, and plan to do so for the foreseeable future. Just not in room 205.

I felt like I was being tortured every minute I was staying here! Luckily for me it was only a brief stay while we waited for our early flight but it was a complete nightmare and regretted every second. The noise was unbearable not only from the industrial neighborhood but GUNSHOTS all night long. To top it off there were either employees or other guests in the dining area which is only separated by a door to our room talking and laughing until midnight!!! We had to wake up at 3:15 to get ready to go to the airport and needless to say I did not sleep even for 1 minute. Terrible and dangerous neighborhood. We had an amazing vacation that ended very poorly due to making the terrible choice of staying here. Where do these good reviews come from???

The hotel doesn't have the best view. A bit dirty and the toilets not working proprely. What they call a restaurant is a 4 table area and the cook is not alway there. Would not recommend

The night before a long day of travel, what a delight to be able to have a home-cooked meal at the hotel. Bonus!! It was immaculate and comfortable. Of no fault of the hotel, there is some sort of loud, low engine starting (?) every 10 seconds (I know because I laid awake counting the seconds). If you can sleep through sounds like that, this place is perfect! Beautiful grounds too.
