It is located in el Naranjo, and just takes 20 minutes to get to Guatemala city, the best part of it is the environment; it is a place where you can take a rest and enjoy a calm day, there is not noise and it is surrounded of trees and nature.
In the condo you´ll find a clubhouse equipped with gym and a pool, so you don´t need to move out to work out or have a relax day also, there are soccer/basket ball fields and green areas where you can run. In addition to that the apartment has an equipped kitchen and laundry room.
