"99 is a favourite of mine. I love the vibe, the staff are incredible and the fact that it's right on the ocean makes it a no brainer. We had an issue with our room and the staff were quick to help make it right and we had an amazing stay as a result"

"Pros: beautiful property in the middle of the jungle, private beach, and delicious food at the restaurant. They were very kind to upgrade our room close to the beach. It was a beautiful 2-story villa with a kitchen, private pool, a balcony, and AC in the bedroom. Cons: lack of honesty and services Leading up to the trip, we received a few emails telling us about all the activities and services available in the resort. They offered complementary hiking and snorkeling, and we could pay for yoga classes, spa treatments, romantic packages, and activities such as surfing, hikes on Mombacho and Omepete island, etc. None of that was available once we got there. We asked the reception to book activities and they said they would call amd organize them. They never did. After a few days, we decided to book them ourselves through tour websites. We even asked them to call a nearby golfing course and they said they would. After 3 days, they said the golf course hadn't answered yet. My partner emailed the golf course and we got a response within 5 minutes. The staff at the reception were very kind, but not helpful and the lack of honestly from the management really disappointed us. The restaurant staff were always great and the service was excellent. The reception even gave us the wrong opening hours for the restaurant so we showed up late one evening. The staff were still there and were so extremely kind to prepare us a meal even after closing."

"Our reservation was not received, it was very difficult to find and get to, they didn’t tell us that the kitchen closed at 6:00pm, the room was smelly, power was sporadic and the tv didn’t work. Generally unwelcoming. But the beach was beautiful."

"James was great with helping us set up everything for the trip. He arranged shuttles for two different groups from two different airports, and he also helped us arrange our golf cart rental. There were seven of us staying in the house, and we all paid for the full catering option. This is highly recommended thing if you are on a surf trip - 100% worth it.The house itself is in great condition and the staff did an amazing job at keeping it clean each day. The location is pretty much perfect if you are intending to surf Colorados. The house ended up working out perfectly for us and we all had a perfect surf trip because of it. I would highly recommend staying at this house, and I would definitely stay here again myself."

"The ranch is an amazing property. Our room was beautiful, and we enjoyed the guided birdwatching and monkey trips offered. It was expensive to get there from the airport and back."
