O apartamento é recém reformado com sala de estar ampla e ar condicionado nos ambientes com comodidade para onze pessoas, o prédio de modo geral tem estrutura antiga, estacionamento para 2 carros que não fica no mesmo local, mas nada que atrapalhe umas caminhadinhas, o ap fica bem em frete a praia Pitangueiras com vista espetacular, ao redor do prédio tem muitos comércios, supermercados, restaurantes e bares, com muitas opções de compras. A anfitriã demora para responder as mensagens porém é compreensível pois mora em outro país, nos respondeu e atendeu sempre que possível.
