Confirmed booking - No room!

I arrived at the hotel and there was no reception and no one there. After a long wait and several attempts of calls, I could reach the owner after speak to some neighbor. He said he never received my booking! Which was confirmed for me by email of Hotels.com and already paid. I could not stay at the hotel because there was not clean room available. Very disappointing experience!! Spent a lot of time trying to find another place to stay and wasn’t satisfied.

Os proprietarios muito educados mas faltou informa

Infelizmente o proprietario tem a filosofia de "hospedagem verde", oque nao e ruim,desde que divulgue isso com antecedencia. Havia muitos insetos no local e nao havia qualquer forma de resolver a questao. Quarto quente, nao ha ar condicionado e nao poderiamos abrir as janelas por causa dos insetos
