Please close and lock all doors and windows except the front door. It will lock behind you automatically.
Please turn off any unnecessary lights. Trash and recycling goes in the mechanical room on the back patio portico (blue steel door)(It denies the neighborhood cats from tearing into it).
Please leave the keys in the dish by the front door. Once the door is closed you will not have entry back into the house
