The Vacation Home La Roqueta is located in Guardamar del Segura thirty minutes driving distance away from Alicante in eastern Spain. The holiday home consists of 100 square meters, divided into a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms as well as 2 bathrooms and a half-bath and can therefore accommodate 6 people. This was our 3rd stay at this property,which pretty much speaks for its self. A lovely spacious home

Pros: This was our 3rd stay at this property,which pretty much speaks for its self. A lovely spacious home from home with everything that you would need when on holiday. A couple of times we have had to get in touch with manuel(the owner), while we were there, and straight away he was there to help,once when we needed the gas bottle changed,and also this last time we locked ourselves out,but Manuel came straight away. I would recommend this property it would also be great for familys,literally 1 minute across the road and you are on the beautiful beach.

Pros: Rented the Villa in June 2017. The Villa is lovely! All equipped for comfort. The Villa is located in a distance from the city center, the place is quiet, not crowded. The nearest supermarket is a 5-7 minute walk. to the supermarket Mercadona, 15 minutes. Sea 50 meters from the Villa. Gorgeous beach, sand, shallow entry into the sea, which is very convenient for families with children. Across the street a nice restaurant Casablanca with sea views. Food good. On some evenings pleasant live music. Rental villas we talked with Manuel Espinosa. He met us, handed over the keys to the Villa, all shown inside, told how to use it. Was in constant communication. Once a week, linen changed and towels. Only one disadvantage - it was very stuffy in the house when the heat came. I wish the owners to equip air conditioning or at least to purchase a floor fan. We recommend the Villa for families with children. Thank you!

Pros: the proper needed updating and also badly needed ceiling fans or air conditioning we also found things had not been checked before we arrived the hairdryer and toaster had broken and etc the beds very comfortable and the linen lovely and clean everything near by beach and shops etc ten minute walk from town also the property owner was very helpful in replacing items he gave us a bottle of wine to make up for our trouble

Inoltre i tavoli e le sedie all'esterno necessitano una pulizia/manutenzione maggiore! Generalmente la casa era pulita, escluso gli armadi e le relative stoviglie. Il proprietario è gentile e disponibile. Wifi funzionava molto bene.

Stayed here in oct weather was great but slightly cooler at night which was lucky as the house had no air condition which is a shame because I could not stay there during summer months as you would need air condition.

We had a fabulous stay at this property, it was near all facilities ideally located public transport

Pros: We had a fabulous stay at this property, it was near all facilities ideally located public transport across the road, convenient store at top of road and most importantly the beautiful beach opposite the villa. We love coming to Guardamar del Segura , its not commercialised the town has everything you need and the weekly market on a Wednesday is a must. Everything was perfect and we will be returning in the near future. Thank you.
