Beautiful, large house, very cozy and well equipped. In a privileged location because, although it is in a street without movement and in front of the dam, it is inside the city and close to the commerce. Quiet and safe place. Garage for 3 cars. Boat access in front.
The city offers excellent leisure options in nature (waterfalls, trails, water sports, fishing ...). A great place to relax ...
The space has a unique decoration, are several objects that make the history of my family and are being preserved for generations ... It's like the song of the illustrious Moreira da Silva "If you wanted to live in my hut

necessidade de manutenção

fui muito bem atendido pelo anfitrião, se mostrou disponível o tempo todo, contudo a casa esta sem manutenção, encontramos a casa suja, cozinha para ser utilizada necessitou de ser lavado todos os utensílios, há restos de mantimentos estragados nas prateleira acima da pia, no anuncio também não estava descrito que a casa é compartida, no quintal mora uma família que é responsável pela casa onde fiquei hospedado, achei que iria ficar sozinho e isolado (até por conta da pandemia), no primeiro dia chegamos tarde e não pudemos fazer refeição na casa (como não gostaria de sair, acabamos não comendo), no segundo dia foi dedicado a limpeza dos utensílio quartos que iríamos utilizar, só há um chuveiro com água quente, enfim decidimos inclusive voltar dois dias antes, dos sete dias alugado utilizamos em real 3 dias, vale ressaltar a gentileza do anfitrião, este sim merece nota 10.
