Room was so cold and air condition not working , they bring heater to room , nobody speak english , breakfast was full and they say take some food for take away , never go this hotel

Air condition very hot
Everything was OK we were in the room number 1612. We arrived at 2:33 PM in the afternoon and because of the afternoon sun. The room was very hot at 26°C. So we waited at night when we went back after dinner the temperature dropped to 24. It is very hot for us. We kept calling the engineer they came, but he couldn’t do anything. On the third night we actually had to ask for a fan to put in our room to regulate the air. I will be coming back again on 29 December, and I hope you are not going to give me a room that is facing the west and also a room with a better air condition .

Wonderful stay and good location
Very nice stay and got a free upgrade to executive room. Good location where is near to Guangzhou East Railway station and Popark shopping mall with AEON department store in it.

Hotel rooms are really nice and spacious. We have stay at executive floor with lounge access. Loungeis nice but selection of food was the same every day and we have been there- 10 days. Ano western food.

The breakfast definitely was not worth it. It does not provide international breakfast and more on Chinese food where option is limited. The breakfast look more like a lunch.i would recommend to eat outside as the price is not worth it to include breakfast while staying in the hotel. Onr things is good in this hotel is if you do a late check in at midnight they let you check out at 3 pm.

overall an excellent hotel with the 2 exceptions: 1. waiting staff service at the bar lounge was extremely slow. I waited for at least 10 mins before someone dropped by to take the drink orders and could hardly find any one after getting the drinks. 2. the wifi was slow with the exception of using wechat. Had no access to other communications platforms like Whatsapp, Google, Youtube, Gmail etc. I was told there was government regulations that it was not allowed to access such services, which I could get that from White Swan Hotel, which is also in Guangzhou

The hotel is ideally situated in the city. Easy to access the old town, the shopping areas like Beijing street, or the huge convention center. You can walk to Po Park that has some good shopping and dining options. The hotel is well maintained and has large rooms. Staff are very friendly and helpful but many of them struggle with speaking English. Dining at the hotel has good options but vegetarian options are limited. That applies to pretty much throughout the city.

Everything looks normal and average. You will say, it’s a “not bad” place to stay if you want to get anywhere within walking distance, but I honestly never felt any Hilton-like services while I was living here.

Worst experience ever! This China hilton hotel!! Be careful! They charged my deposit $300 when I checked in. They never refunded my money telling me I broke something inside hotel. I don’t understand how they can do this! No clear proof or evidence was given!! Be aware!

Always the Best of Hilton Tianhe
Amazing stay as always in the Hilton Tianhe Hotel mainly also because of the typical Asian Hospitality culture. Bed was so nice to sleep in, Lounge GSO and service staff is professional and go beyond call of duty.

This hotel is about 8mins walk to the subway (3rd line and APM) and East Railway Station, restaurant and convenience store is also within walking distance. The room itself is spacious and clean. Definitely recommend to those who look for a short stay outside the crowded area of GuangZhou.

Great place to stay
Stayed for six nights during canton fair. Great place to stay after a long day in the fair. Very clean friendly and very helpful staff. I had some issues with my flight reservations booked with unsuccessfully with Expedia. Ben from the concierge gave me his private phone to place a call to get it solved. Thank you Ben you were so kind and helpful. I will definitely be back to this hotel

The rooms are getting very dirty and dated. I have been staying here for the last 7 years, twice a year and the service is getting worse.The hotel it self is nice, but the rooms are a different story. I booked a double twin executive suite, and arrived at 11 pm and the front desk said they didn't have room for me ( booked and paid 3 weeks earlier) , front staff offered a smoking room , but I declined . They gave me twin room for the night, but I would have to change the next day. Okay , I would do that. Next day, they still don't have a Twin suite for me , but give me a king suite to share with my business partner (NO) , so 1 of us sleeps on the cot and the other gets the bed. Next day switch rooms again. Finally have it right , but we check out the following day. So booked 4 nights and switched rooms 3 times. The Executive lounge is getting worse too, same food snacks every day, we ordered room service to the lounge and the staff couldn't believe it, but for the extra you pay for the room , they ( lounge ) should change up the selection everyday at least. I'm going to look at the Westin or Softie (?) for next time .My 2 cents.Cheers

they have a big problem with the air-conditioning in the hotel it does not work in many rooms when I complained they did not change my room immediately and let me stay in that room for a few more hours
