Dieses Hotel ist absolut unzumutbar. Das Personal ist unfreundlich und nicht hilfsbereit und versucht seinen Kunden bei jeder Gelegenheit noch weiteres Geld abzuverlangen. Unsere gebuchte und bezahlte Hütte war auch am zweiten Tag nicht verfügbar und wir mussten in einer viel kleineren für 5 Personen ungeeigneten Hütten übernachten. 5 Personen in zwei Doppelbetten! Es gab keine andere Alternative. Diese Hütte ist zudem nicht sonderlich sauber gewesen und es kommen durch Türspalten und Fenster die sich nicht schließen lassen in der Nacht alle mögliche Ungeziefer ins Zimmer. Von Spinnen über Geckos und allerlei Moskitos. In der Dusche kommt nur so wenig Wasser, dass es unmöglich ist sich zu waschen. Am nächsten morgen gab es dann gar kein Wasser mehr. Das Hotel hat zwar das Wasser wieder angestellt, aber ebenfalls zu wenig Wasser. Zudem ist die Hütte auf einem Hügel und nur über Treppen erreichbar. Dieser Weg ist nicht beleuchtet und hat auch keine Geländer. In diesen Weg reichen dann noch Palmenblätter herein, so dass man die Stufen kaum sehen kann. Faulige Papayas lagen ebenfalls überall herum, da diese von den Bäumen fallen und nicht weggeräumt werden. Rutschgefahr! Nachts unbeleuchtet ist das unglaublich gefährlich. Wir waren mit zwei Senioren dort. Unfassbar, dass wir hier übernachten mussten! Zum Glück ist nichts weiteres passiert. Das Hotel bietet zwar Frühstück an, das ist aber ungenießbar. Wir sind vorzeitig abgereist!

Das war das schlimmste Hotel in dem wir je übernachtet haben. Als wir angekommen sind war unsere gebuchte und Wochen im Voraus bezahlte Hütte belegt. Das Personal war überhaupt nicht gewillt eine vernünftige Lösung zu finden und total unfreundlich. Sie wollten uns in eine andere Hütte unterbringen, die erheblich schlechter im Zustand ist, viel kleiner. Es roch faulig nass und für 5 Personen viel zu klein. Generell ist der Zustand dieses Hotels nicht dem Preis entsprechend der verlangt wird. Aber das unfreundliche und nicht hilfsbereite Personal ist das schlimmste am ganzen. Wir mussten mehrere Stunden warten und Diskutieren bis wir endlich in ein Zimmer konnten und das als Reisegruppe mit zwei Senioren. Das dann vorgeschlagene Zimmer entprach weder dem Zustand noch der Größe als das was wir eigentlichgebucht hatten. Wir können dieses Hotel auf gar keinen Fall empfehlen! Außerdem konnten wir an diesem Abend Expedia zur Unterstützung oder möglicher Lösung des Problems nicht erreichen. Am Standort des Hotels gibt es keinerlei Mobilfunkempfang und das WiFi des Hotels ist so schlecht langsam, dass keine Kommunikation möglich war! Wir können von diesem Hotel nur abraten! Zu guter letzt wurde uns noch vorgeworfen wir hätten nach der Buchungsbestätigung durch Expedia noch beim Hotel anrufen müssen und die Buchung nochmal bestätigen und ankündigen, dass wir auch wirklich kommen... Einfach ohne Worte
