The hotel was very clean and quiet. My room was a good size and it too was spotlessly clean during my entire stay. The staff were friendly. The location of the hotel is excellent, near many attractions, shopping, restaurants and neighbourhoods. It was amazing that it was so quiet given proximity to Gran Via.

I was very happy with this hotel. It was centrally located and very easy to walk to many attractions, shopping and dining. The hotel was very clean. The complimentary breakfast was excellent. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The staff makes this hotel so special! What kind and helpful individuals! The room was lovely and the breakfast served in a lovely room was bountiful! We could not have wished for more. The hotel was perfectly located to enjoy Salamanca on foot. They made dinner reservations for us and directed us to the important sites to see. Perfect visit!!
