"its in a safe area from what my uber driver mentioned , the place has 2 keys one for the front gate and one for the room, room needed a DEEP cleaning , because it was clean but the covers were dirty and the walls near the bed were dirty as well as the bathroom curtains had mold on bottom. but besides that it was a comfortable 1 day stay."

"I arrived to construction above on the terrace which continued till 9:00 pm so I went out and ate at one of the quaint little restaurants on the pretty street, the room was small but overall very agreeable. I thought I found a gem till I returned to go to sleep as I had a 3:45 AM pick up for a 6;00 AM flight only to discover the absolute constant loud pounding and singing from the discotheque next to the property not seen from the street nor mentioned by the host. "Excellent option to come and work in the city. Close to everything. Clean; excellent mattress; good air a conditioner; a very big bathroom excellent water service!! Very good towels ."

"The property was very clean. The location is super close to the Fundidora and very centralized. The only issue was having a clogged toilet and apparently it cannot be serviced on the weekend so we had to use 1 of the 2 toilets for 2 days which was very inconvenient. But overall i would stay again. FYI If you are using Uber they always end up in the casino next door so you have to walk there to go find them most of the time."

"We would stay here again for work or vacation. The apartment is nice and comfortable. Everything works well, and with the restaurants and stores in the booming itself, you don’t really have to leave. The pool is great, though not deep. Views are tremendous and the Fundidora park/santa Lucia river walk are great."
