I guess, this hotel is ok if you travel with your family and are looking to cook in the room (however you need to upgrade to junior suite, but is only 10 dlls more though expedia) you will get 2 queen size beds, one tiny fridge, a basic stove and a microwave, including some dishes, pans and flatware, thats it.
Staff is friendly, but there is a guy at nights (slim tall and dark color skin) that even being friendly he will just ignore your request, like for ice, there was a night that i actually asked him for the key to the room where they produce the ice, you won't get an ice bucket like in pretty much any other hotel, you will get the ice in a plastic bag, one night i even got a used one, disappointing.
hotel is advertised for business people, however, unless you bring your own internet service, the internet speed they provided was pretty much useless, even trying to open an email (just text) was an intensive task, also i got many times a page saying i already surpass my data allowance, when i asked front desk, they said, they have no idea. Finally, i booked 2 nights first (expedia), but the very first one i booked 2 more (same expedia), and called front desk to let them know and ask to kept the same room, the lady said no problem, by the night of the 3rd day,i couldn't open the room, nor the safe(my stuff inside), was very stressful, no help from the staff, finally after a threatening to call the manager and the police the guy acceded to give me the safe code,really bad.
