  • Located in Gstadt am Chiemsee, Bavaria, this 65 m² apartment welcomes up to 2 guests with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. You have a fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, TV, and access to shared washing machine and dryer. Enjoy mountain views from your private balcony and the peaceful surroundings. Please note, the old wooden floors creak.



    Relax in the spacious shared garden of over 2,000 m² with old apple and plum trees, lounge chairs, and views of the protected landscape.



    A shared parking space is available on site. The location is ideal: public transport and the beach are nearby. One pet is allowed for an extra fee, but events are not permitted. Please note, this accommodation is for adults only. For your convenience, self check-in is available.



    The apartment is in a historic country house from 1932 in a very quiet area within a nature reserve. Gstadt offers a surf school, sunbathing lawns with playgrounds, and a beach volleyball court. Several restaurants and an excellent ice cream parlor are close by. The direct bike path around Lake Chiemsee starts at the house, and boats to Fraueninsel and Herreninsel depart from Gstadt. A tennis court is a 15-minute walk away.
