A large living room with sofa, TV (French channels), a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, oven, microwave, ceramic hob, coffee machine, Senseo coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher and washing machine) with dining table giving access to the large garden (garden furniture) without vis-à-vis.

On the first floor, a living room open on the bottom, a second bedroom with a double bed (140x190cm), a third bedroom with two single beds (90x190cm) and a last bedroom with two bunk beds (90x190cm). A bathroom and separate toilet complete the floor.

Gruissan, a village known for its narrow streets that wind around its medieval Barbarossa Tower and its chalets on stilts, has its charm thanks to the beauty and diversity of the surrounding landscapes, fine sandy beaches, a vast marine lake iridescent with the wind and the immense wooded massif of La Clape.
