    Panoramic view of the bay and the Pyrenees. From the terrace, you access the promenade and the waterfront where the children can play under your supervision. The house offers all the comforts for a perfect holiday.

Nice house on the beach- everything was perfect! Very good and nice communication with the owner (he organised more cuttingboards immediately; gave suggestions for restaurants). We had a very good time!

Great house and location

We had a super week in the villa. Very well kitted out, clean and comfortable and right on the beach. Quiet location despite being only a 10 minute walk to the port (with lots of bars and restaurants) and the supermarket. Would definitely recommend / come back in future.

Great house right on the waterfront

We really enjoyed our stay in this house... Very well equipped, clean, and ideally situated. From the porch we had a great view on the water. Initially I was a bit worried that the promenade which runs in between the house and the water would be a disturbance, but we hardly noticed it in the end. Michel was a great help and always available for questions.

3rd visit

This is the third time we have stayed in Michel's house by the lagoon and we enjoyed our stay just as much as our first visit, it is unusual for us to return to the same property three times so that shows that Michel is getting it right. The house is clean, comfortable and well equipped with everything you need and is in a very good position for Gruissan as well as being a good base for exploring the area. The handover at the start and end of our stay was very easy and Michel always responds quickly to any communications. I would not hesitate to recommend this house to anyone wanting to visit this area.

Excellent location and views. The house is in a quiet location but has good easy access to the local shops and restaurants. The house is comfortable and well equipped with everything you need for a great holiday and the kitchen and second bathroom, added since our last stay, are a welcome addition, there is also good off road parking. Communication with the owner and the handover at the start and end of our holiday were very good. We would not hesitate to book this house again in the future.

Nous avons apprécié sejourner dans cette jolie maison de vacances. Nous n'avons manqué de rien, elle est très bien équipée et spacieuse. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et un grand merci à Michel pour sa bienveillance et son désir de nous faire passer un agréable séjour. La situation de la maison est top, juste la promenade à traverser pour être sur la plage et se baigner. Quant à la maison, rien ne manque. Enfin une location avec suffisamment de vaisselle, d’accessoires, de poêles et casseroles ! La maison est super agréable, bien agencée et décorée, la literie d’excellente qualité tout comme le linge. Le calme total la nuit. Une grande surface et une boulangerie à proximité, un parc d’attraction aquatique, le port à deux pas en empruntant à pied la promenade…. Bref nous recommandons sans hésitation cette maison pour des vacances au calme et dans un cadre privilégié.

Die Lage des Hauses ist einfach nur herrlich. Sehr gut sind die Insektengitter in den Schlafzimmern. Die Terrasse ist schön angelegt auch mit Gartenmöbeln. Im Haus war alles wie angegeben vorhanden. Wären die Schubläden in den Schlafzimmern nicht teilweise defekt und schwergängig gewesen, im oberen Bad die WC-Brille nicht defekt und bei Ankunft war nicht alles ordentlich sauber (Sand und Haare in Schubladen und Boden ), wäre es perfekt gewesen.

Zwei schöne und entspannte Wochen im Gruissan verbracht...

Wir haben zwei sehr schöne Wochen im Haus von Michel verbracht. Michel ist ein aufmerksamer und zuvorkommender Vermieter, der immer erreichbar war und umgehend und unkompliziert unsere Fragen beantwortet hat. Vielen Dank dafür:-) Das Haus ist komfortabel und schön eingerichtet. Die Lage am Meer ist einfach perfekt ! In der Küche findet man alles notwendige vor um gut kochen zu können. Besonders schön ist der Blick auf das Meer, welches man von der Terrasse, von den Schlafzimmern vom Esstisch und sogar von der Küche sieht. Die Terrasse und das gesamte Grundstück ist ausreichend groß und aufgrund der vielen blühenden Büsche, Bäume usw. fühlt man sich trotz Nähe der Promenade sehr wohl und unbeobachtet. Ein besonderer Pluspunkt sind die Fahrräder, die wir jeden Tag genutzt haben und so unser Auto stehen lassen konnten.

Excellent property in a perfect location, close enough to amenities but far enough away to be quiet. Property had everything we needed and we made use of the bikes everyday.
