The wooden interiors and traditional design made the hotel feel warm and unique, while the lake and mountain views from the room were breathtaking. "Coming to visit from the U.S. this type of hotel is charming, not new or renovated but like walking back in time and visiting Grandma. Simple, sweet and wholesome. Took a morning walk at 7 am and wow! The beauty of this little village is unforgettable and after a quick breakfast, it took us only 10 minutes to travel to Halstatt and beat the crowds for an unforgettable walk through that postcard beauty."

Auf unsere Beschwerde an der Rezeption konnte kein adäquates Lösungskonzept angeboten werden. Ein Mitarbeiter teilte uns lediglich mit, dass die Fotos auf der Website bereits aktualisiert worden seien, die Renovierungsarbeiten jedoch nicht in allen Zimmern durchgeführt wurden."
