Cozy, rustic apartment right on the edge of the crystal-clear Alm River – with its own balcony. Access to a terrace with direct access to the river. Perfect for relaxing, cooling off, or simply listening to the water. Ideal for couples, small families, or solo travelers seeking peace and nature. The apartment offers a kitchenette, a shower room, a bathroom with a separate toilet, and a comfortable living and sleeping atmosphere. Quiet location in Grünau, close to hiking trails, bike paths, and the Kasberg ski area. This cozy holiday apartment impresses with its old-world charm. The first bedroom has a double bed, the second a bunk bed for two adults. The eat-in kitchen features a sofa, a smart TV, and a fully equipped kitchen. The apartment is located in a house which we are gradually converting into a cozy holiday home. And this is one of several apartments that were completed with great attention to detail.
