    Apartment 1 is located in the annex of a beautiful Art Nouveau house with park-like grounds and a stork's nest. It consists of a separate
    bedroom with a double bed, a living room and kitchen, a bathroom, and a balcony.

    The bathroom has a stylish shower and toilet. Satellite TV is available in the living room. Smoking is permitted on the balcony.
