Top Grove City Hotel Reviews

Quality Inn & Suites New Castle

8/10 Good

"For a single 12 hour stay this was fine. The amenities were pretty standard. The place is well cleaned mostly. The smell was a bit off putting but I think it was incense or air freshener and not garbage, but who knows why it was so strong. For a simple rest and move on the value is about as good as it gets on a budget. The staff on the other hand were excellent, they absolutely were the best."

Wingate Suites by Wyndham Youngstown - Austintown

8/10 Good

"The property itself was really starting to show its age. The lobby looked like it needed to be swept and mopped. My biggest concern was about the front desk. The staff that worked there appeared sloppy and inefficient. Their clothing was not nice or sharp, but untucked, sloppy, and a poor representation of the company. I wanted to get a receipt for our stay and they said I could get that online. I would really have preferred to have the receipt handed to me. For those of us who are older, getting onto the computer and finding things isn’t always easy. The free breakfast was pretty nice."
