Lorraine, the manager, is extremely rude and very combative. Not only is she extremely rude to customers staying there, but also to her employees as well. If you ever have to go to her about your concerns, she will be very dismissive about your concerns. I told her AC was out for two days and she said,"no it wasnt." As if SHE was the one who stayed in the room herself. Thankfully, everything was resolved but the experience my family and I had here with her as well as the Hispanic woman who waves her hands around her face up at the front desk was absolutely unprofessional and made our vacation such a poor experience. The only good experience was Mel. You are amazing. That man needs a raise.

Great location , great parking, comfy bed, great staff. Will stay again !

The hotel is very well located and the staff are all nice. I’ve stayed before and the rooms are clean and comfortable. My only complaint was that I called twice on the day of checkout to see if I could check out at 1pm instead of Noon. Both times I was told that I’d be called back, but I never was…

Outside of the waitress who removed my husband from seating at the rooftop. She asked to see his room key which was in my purse then became very hostile. I asked her if she was okay. She gave a smart response. Another waitress reseated us in the same seats. Following the incident on the same night I was double charged, but luckily I had my card locked. I received two other miscellaneous charges from the hotel as well. & when questioning they claimed they couldn’t see it & had me to send screenshots. No results. Outside of that it was Great. Rooftop, both indoor & outdoor were a vibe. Grown & sexy downstairs. I loved it. Had a ball nyfw weekend
