Where the stables of Hexenburg once stood, a first-class holiday flat for the whole family now awaits you: the impressive vaulted ceiling in the living room provides the perfect setting for up to 10 people to dine together at the extra-large table. Exposed natural stone walls, floor-to-ceiling windows with direct access to the terrace, a stylish iron spiral staircase and elegant oak furniture create a bright, cosy atmosphere for young and old alike.
Nestled within the idyllic grounds of the listed estate, this holiday apartment is perfect for multi-generational holidays, family celebrations or trips with families of friends. Thanks to the threshold-free ground floor, the accommodation is barrier-free and ideal for pushchairs as well as guests with reduced mobility.

The Space:
This spacious family accommodation spans two floors and offers a luxurious, comfortable living experience for up to 10 people. The ground floor is designed to be barrier-free.

• A cosy living area with a fireplace and a large dining table for games evenings together
• Elegant granite flooring with underfloor heating throughout the ground floor
• Historic metal spiral staircase as a visual highlight and access to the upper floor
• Fully equipped kitchen for self-catering: 4-ring hob, fridge-freezer, combination microwave and dishwasher
• Quiet master bedroom on the ground floor with a double bed (160x200 cm)
• Flexible family room on the upper floor: a bedroom (double bed 160x200 cm) and an adjoining children’s room with a bunk bed (80x200 cm) can be connected via a sliding door
• Additional small bedroom with a bunk bed (80x190 cm)
• Comfortable sofa bed in the living room for two further guests
• Two separate bathrooms with shower (entirely at ground level on the ground floor) and toilet
• Private terrace with garden furniture, barbecue and a cosy outdoor fireplace for relaxing evenings
• Modern 55-inch smart TV and fast, stable Wi-Fi access
• The wood-fired barrel sauna in the courtyard can be booked as an optional extra
Guest Access:
Your arrival is completely independent and flexible in terms of timing. Once you have completed the online registration form and securely uploaded a copy of your ID, you will receive all the details you need for contactless check-in via the key safe.

NOTES ON THE PROPERTY:
Hexenburg is a historic four-sided farmstead that is being gradually renovated and modernised. Some outdoor areas are currently still under construction.
The swimming pond is a natural body of water. During the summer months, water quality may vary depending on the weather.
Interaction with Guests:
We are available every day from 8 am to 8 pm. There is almost always someone on site at Hexenburg during the day should you need any help. Riding lessons can also be arranged at short notice directly with our riding instructor.
