"Eine verdunkelungs Gardine hatte keine funktion. Beim frühstücksbuffett fehlte die loebe am Detail. Käse und Wurstwaren wurden als klotz hingelegt bzw. Aus der packung so abgelegt. Sah nicht ansprechend aus. Man musste öfters darauf hinweisen, dass einige sachen schon vergriffen waren. Und was total irritierend war ist, dass es kaffeekapseln zu €1.50 das stück zu erwerben war wenn man ein "guten" Kaffee trinken möchte. Wir finden, das sollte inkl. sein, oder deutlich günstiger. "We loved our stay at Pinzgauer Hof. Our family stayed at the Landal down the road and though more modern they were complaining about the noise from the traffic coming through while everything was so peaceful and quiet for us. The Hof is conveniently placed at the foot of the mountain next to the gondola. "Alpenhaus Kaprun is a fabulous hotel - great location for ski lifts and shops, very comfortable and spacious rooms, really great food (we were half board) and super friendly and accommodating staff. If we come back to Kaprun in winter (or summer) we will certainly stay here again. Huge thanks to the whole team at Alpenhaus."

"Wow, this hotel is something. The breakfast buffet and dinner service is incredible, as were all of the kids activities. Our 9 year old had a blast on the slides and in the kids/teens rooms. The outdoor pools are quite something. We hope to be able to come back during ski season to enjoy the ski in/out options!"
