Location très moyenne et très vetuste

Propriétaire très gentil et serviable, mais la propriété manque d'entretien Et l'intérieur de la maison est très vetuste La terrasse extérieure est dangereuse,car le bois est en mauvais état Une partie est d'ailleurs condamnée) Odeurs dans les placards de la cuisine Salles de bain bof Impossible de bloquer les volets.....
