    The apartment is a new and spacious T2 located on the ground floor, without vis-à-vis, in a residential area of Porticcio.
    The beach, shops and restaurants are a 5-minute walk away! The 35 m² terrace is south-facing. It is equipped with a functional kitchen with induction hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, kettle, nespresso and filter coffee machine, without dishwasher. The bedroom is spacious, a large comfortable queen size bed awaits you as well as a chest of drawers, 2 bedside tables and a large wardrobe.
    The living room has a 140x200 sofa bed with quality bedding.
    This apartment is perfect for two couples or a family with two children. It is an ideal location to discover Corsica (hiking, beaches, diving, water sports, etc.)
