Schöne Wohnung - Inserat mangelhaft

Schöne großzüge Ferienwohnung, sauber und alles da, was man braucht incl. sehr guter Küchenausstattung. Die Wohnung hat einen großen Balkon mit Tisch und 6 Stühlen. Hier haben wir uns zum Tagesausklang nach dem Strandtag sehr gern aufgehalten. Leider sind in der Anzeige bei FeWo-Direkt nicht alle Kosten angegeben, die letztlich gefordert wurden: Laut Anzeige werden Handtücher und Bettwäsche zur Verfügung gestellt; dass hierfür Kosten von 14,00 EUR pro Person anfallen, wird nicht erwähnt. Beim Check-In verlangt die Vermieterin außerdem einen Betrag von 30,00 EUR für „Polizei“; auf mehrmalige Nachfrage hat sie keinerlei Erklärung für diese Zahlungsforderung abgegeben. Darüberhinaus waren von uns (2 Personen/3 Nächte) noch 9,00 EUR zu zahlen für „Steuer“, was ebenfalls im Inserat nicht erwähnt ist. Anzumerken ist noch, dass nach Inserat eine Waschmaschine in der Wohnung sein sollte, was aber nicht der Fall war.

vacanza molto gradevole

Ottima soluzione a pochi passi dal mare. Molto soddisfatti ,buona accoglienza e disponibilità' della sign. Giovanna che grazie alla cura dell' appartamento ci ha permesso di vivere una vacanza piacevole . La terrazza ,confermo, e ' il punto di forza : spaziosa, ci ha permesso di consumare i pasti al riparo dal sole,grazie anche al pino e al vento che soffia durante il giorno . A pochi passi si trova il centro e soprattutto un mercatino giornaliero ricco di prelibatezze locali . Grazie alla breve distanza dal mare, i bambini potevano comodamente rientrare a casa da soli durante la giornata . Grazie dell 'ospitalità, cordiali saluti sign. Giovanna

Soluzione perfetta

Noi eravamo due adulti ed un bambino, ma la casa è molto comoda anche per famiglie con due figli; le foto non rendono a pieno la casa, èvrramente comoda e a 50 metri dal mare e 100 dal centro di marina, comodissima la terrazza. Pulizia e ordine ai massimi livelli, consigliatissima.

Appartamento comodo e confortevole

L'appartamento si è rivelato comodo e ben organizzato anche per 5 persone. Lo abbiamo trovato pulito e dotato di tutto ciò che può servire. E' ben arieggiato e ciò ha permesso di soggiornare nei giorni più afosi senza patire troppo il caldo. La terrazza è secondo noi il punto di forza dell'appartamento (sfruttato per 15 giorni da mattina a sera). Un suggerimento per la proprietaria, che ringraziamo ancora per la sua cortesia e premura: un microonde sarebbe la ciliegina sulla torta...

Posto ideale per una famiglia con bambini

L'appartamento e' in ottima posizione. Molto bello e ben tenuto. Molto vicino al mare e a tutte le comodita' che offre il centro di Marina di Grosseto. Terrazza bellissima. Ideale per i bambini. Un posto dove tornare.

APPARTAMENTO VERY COMFORT!!!

Abbiamo trascorso 1 settimana di vero relax! Appartamento super attrezzato (dalle posate, ai bicchieri, ai piatti....l'asse da stiro...la lavatrice...TUTTO!).Locali spaziosi con terrazzo comodo! Posizione centrale e vicino al mare. Lo consigliamo vivamente! Un caro saluto alla padrona di casa molto gentile e disponibile! EVVIVA MARINA DI GROSSETO!!!

Appartamento perfetto per la famiglia

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento dal 26 Giugno al 11 Luglio 2015. La proprietaria si è dimostrata discreta ma allo stesso tempo disponibile. La casa è stata all'altezza delle nostre aspettative, sufficientemente servita e con terrazza ampia e confortevole, più spaziosa di quanto le foto dimostrino. La cosa che ci ha soddisfatto di più è stata la posizione vicinissima al mare, che ha reso la vacanza con il nostro bambino più comoda. Vicina anche al centro con numerosi negozi anche se l'unico supermercato era distante circa 1km. Lo consigliamo sicuramente alle famiglie con figli al seguito.

Al centro di tutto

Io e la mia famiglia siamo appena tornati dalla vacanza a marina di grosseto dove siamo rimasti per una settimana. Nonostante il paese sia piccolo è necessario trovare, se non si vuole prendere la macchina per ogni singolo spostamento, un appartamento vicino al mare e al centro. Questo appartamento ha entrambe le caratteristiche appena definite, è pulito, i proprietari simpatici e accoglienti. Consigliato

Ottimo appartamento, da ritornarci

L'appartamento è perfettamente adatto ad una famiglia con 2 bambini ed è dotato di tutti i confort. Molto comodi sia il balcone/terrazzo principale (decisamente vivibile, abbiamo sempre mangiato in esterno) sia il balconcino secondario (adibito a lavanderia). E' in posizione tranquilla e praticamente a due passi da tutto: spiaggia, passeggiata, negozi, gelaterie, luna park. Proprietari gentilissimi e disponibili. Assolutamente da consigliare.

Proprietario cortese, appartamento molto bello!

Appartamento pulito, bello e molto comodo. Immediatamente ci ha colpito l'ampiezza del terrazzo al quale la foto non rende giustizia. La posizione è ottima, tutti i principali servizi, anche per eventuali urgenze, sono a breve distanza. Per una famiglia, anche con bimbi piccoli, è comodissimo. La proprietaria è molto gentile e si è resa disponibile in ogni momento. Lo consiglio vivamente e ci tornerei tranquillamente.
