Garten-Haus Urlaub

Haus in ruhiger Lage.Zum Südstrand ca 3.3 km und auch als Spaziergang gut zu erreichen bzw mit der Buslinie 590 direkt zum Strand.Die Betten waren sehr gut.Dusch/WC Raum etwas eng aber völlig Okay.Gasgrill, Feuerschale, Terrasse mit Sitzmöbeln vorhanden.Das Küchen Essbesteck könnte mal getauscht werden.Preis-Leistung Verhältnis passt.Im groben gesehen, waren wir zufrieden.

Der Schein trügt

Uns hat das Ferienhaus im Inserat gut gefallen, vor Ort mussten wir einige Mängel feststellen.Zunächst: es ist eine umgebaute Gartenhütte. Dementsprechend NICHT gedämmt. Es war sehr kalt, da es überall rein gepfiffen hat. Die Heizung im Schlafzimmer war zudem defekt. Wir haben (auch das Kleinkind mit knapp 2 J.) bei 17 Grad Zimmtertemp geschlafen. Die Temperatur ist über Nacht um 4 Grad im Haus abgefallen. Außerdem war es sehr schmutzig. Das Geschirr war dreckig, der Boden, in jeder Ecke Staubmäuse, der Eingang voll mit alten Spinnenweben, Lampen staubig. Das Geschirr mussten wir erstmal komplett selber reinigen. Besteck, Teller und Tassen waren noch verschmutzt. Wir mussten bei Anreise das ganze Haus erstmal reinigen, da es unzumutbar. Überall waren auch Käfer. Selbst hinter den Türen. Des Weiteren ist das Bad winzig. Gemeinsam mit einem Kleinkind im Bad fertig machen, ist NICHT möglich. Man kann exakt eine Person vor das Waschbecken stellen, dann ist das Bad voll. Selbst auf Toilette sitzt man gedrängt. Die Gummidichtung im Bad ist ebenfalls defekt. Dadurch läuft auch das ganze Bad voll mit Wasser beim Duschen. Der Klobürstenhalter war auch defekt. Im Abstellraum roch es modrig. Dort steht auch das Babybeistellbett. Wir hatten zum Glück ein eigenes mit. Der Besen ist ebenfalls defekt. Achtung alles mitnehmen: man bekommt 1 Klopapierrolle, 1 Mini Flasche Spülmittel und 1 Backpapier. Mehr nicht. Alles andere mitbringen! Im Kinderzimmer: Schrank ebenfalls defekt

Wochenende zu zwei

Haben uns für dieses Objekt wegen der Fasssauna entschieden.Schöne ruhige Lage. Da es in der Zeit recht frisch war, mussten wir erst überall Heizung anmachen, danach ging es. Die Sauna haben wir genossen.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus, aber sehr kalt im Winter

Alles war großartig, bis auf eine Sache:Wir waren für ein Winterwochenende an der Ostsee. Wir kamen in ein komplett ausgekühltes Haus und die Heizungen hatten konntendas Haus erst am nächsten Tag auf eine Wohntemperatur bringen, sodass wir den ersten Abend gefroren haben. Sonst war alles super.

Familientreff

Alles in allem war es ein schöner Aufenthalt in der wirklich schönen Ferienwohnung. Ein paar kleine Kritikpunkte haben wir allerdings schon.Bei Ankunft war nur eine halbe Toilettenpapierrolle vor Ort und keine Tabs für die Spülmaschineund bei Anreise hatte die Fewo 13 Grad Grundtemperatur.Hua. Ich war mit 3 70 jährigen Frauen unterwegs….Die Armen!!Grundsätzlich ist das Bad auch wirklich sehr sehr klein.Am Rest der Unterkunft gibt es wirklich nichts auszusetzen…sehr schön!!!

Tolle Lage und schön renoviert, leider aber auch nicht behobene Mängel

Der Bungalow liegt in einer gepflegten Anlage und wirkt frisch renoviert. Dabei ist leider nicht alles funktional: kein Heisswasser in der Küche, defekte Heizung im Schlafzimmer, mehere Steckdosen defekt. GESCHIRR SCHMUTZIGnichtnicht fufun

Geburtstagstrip

Der Aufenthalt hat uns allen sehr gefallen! Es war sehr sauber und auch schön eingerichtet. Vor allem die Terrasse und insbesondere die Sauna waren das Highlight. Das einzige, was noch verbessert werden könnte/müsste, ist die Tür der Sauna. Wir konnten diese nur schwer bzw. halbwegs zumachen Es ging nur, indem wir etwas davor stellten. Daher haben wir am Ende die Aufgussschale vor die Tür gelegt. Insgesamt war aber alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit und wir können diese Anlage nur weiterempfehlen.
